MEET JAMES AND PAM

The heart behind The Allara Group

James was born and raised in the Bronx New York and built his career in the Furniture industry with an emphasis on importing, manufacturing and business management. James moved away from New York after the 9/11 tragedy and started a new life with his family in beautiful Arizona.

James has been working in insurance and financial services since 2016 and has helped over 3000 families. James has over 30 years of client relations beginning in 1988 and has been a resident of Arizona since 2002. James has been traveling around the Country since 2018 training new financial planners and helping educate families about Probate and other state programs.

Pam graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and Marketing from The School of Visual Arts NYC. Working as a Print Production Specialist for Calvin Klein, Maidenform, Aldo, Voss and others. That position took her to incredible places like Hong Kong, China, England and Canada.

After 20 years living and working in NYC she and James went west to follow another dream, to help families directly. Now she is a licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent, AHIP Certified, and a member of The American Association of Notaries.

She has worked in financial services since 2016 with a specialization in insurance, retirement planning and estate planning.
